Welcome to Corley Brooklyn.
I’m Michael Corley and I’m happy you’re here to check out what I’ve been working on that’s taken more than a decade to deliver.
Some of you might be familiar with me from blog posts I’ve written at Bed Stuy Blog, Nostrand Park and My Brooklyn Report.
If so, then I’m glad you’ve found your way here to be part of a new online community tackling a big subject and all its areas of importance.
But if this is your first experience with me, I hope what’s taken this long to bring to you will be useful.
Here’s what I hope to do
I want you to know what I know … and what I know is how real estate works.
Especially the business of listing and selling real estate.
I want to show you how a little knowledge and understanding about one of the biggest things you own or lease can make you better at handling it successfully to your benefit.
Why am I doing this
Because no one else is … (I’m not kidding).
While the Internet has no shortage of websites and blogs publishing “real estate tips, press releases and a buildings origins”, I couldn’t find one that offered useful content about …
- protecting your property interests
- managing your property
- using your property as an asset
- or about the business of listing and selling real estate
Instead, the public has had to rely on news outlets for this kind of information, which only gets covered when an issue or condition has reached an epic scale (like the foreclosure crisis).
Waiting on the news cycle to get around to your real estate issue could find you deep trouble and without a way to reverse your misfortune.
Is this the right kind of information for you?
Yes … but I can see why some of you might not think so.
Maybe you think your present circumstances don’t make this a priority, especially if you’re currently renting an apartment or still living at home with your parents.
But I bet there’s someone near and dear to you, like a relative, friend or neighbor, who might not find this information if it weren’t for you.
By signing up for our weekly email newsletter, you’ll be able to share this with people you know who will appreciate it.
(and if the timing couldn’t be better for you, then join us by subscribing below)
Can I count on you to help me get the word out?
Now here’s where I could sure use your help since I don’t have 1 billion friends like Mark Zuckerberg.
If you think we’ve got great stuff in store for readers and you know your friends, fans and followers should be aware of it, then I could sure use your help getting the word out.
So make someone you know aware of it by …
